Garments will be personally delivered for orders placed in London, with an optional client fitting at the place of delivery. Clients are also welcome to come into the showroom for a fitting and collection. Garments outside London will be sent via tracked shipping with an option of a final video call fitting to ensure quality aftercare. Our team will contact you to organize the same.

Maison Velendra offers free UK tracked shipping and free worldwide tracked shipping on orders over £5,000. Orders below £5000 are charged a flat shipping fee of £200.

Our custom designs are ready to be dispatched 15 working days after you place your order. With tracked shipping we endeavor to have the garment reach you within 1-2 working days in the UK and within 1-10 days in other geographies mentioned above. Customs, Duty or any taxes
For all UK order, taxes and shipping are already calculated at check-out. For all international orders, once your shipment reaches your country, our shipping partners will contact you to complete customs and duties payments.
Maison Velendra offers a generous 30 days returns policy from the date of your purchase. If its 30 days since you make your purchase, refund or exchanges are not possible.
If you do decide to return a garment, please ensure its unused, in its original packaging, with all documents included such as the invoice, garments authenticity certificate and care instructions. If the garment looks in anyway worn, damaged or unsalable, regretfully returns will not be accepted. To ensure optimal garment condition while trying it on, we recommend avoiding makeup, fragrances or other skincare products.
Goods that are exempt from being returned are goods that have been customized as they can not be re-sold. However we are happy to accommodate any modifications that may be required.

On receipt of your returned garment, our team will inspect it for any damages and for any signs of usage that may deem the garment unsaleable. If we are satisfied that your garment is in good condition with all the necessary documents, original packaging and invoice intact, we will notify you of our acceptance of your returns. If not, we will notify you of our non-acceptance of the return of your garment. We will notify you either in person or via email and within the next 14 days, your refund will be processed to the original payment method you used to make the payment.
Sale Items Refund Policy
Only full priced items can be accepted on the returns policy, unfortunately, sale items are not included in our refund policy.
While utmost care is taken in the preparation of your garments, if you do find that there is a concern, please do let us know on email@example.com and we will work with you to correct the issue. Exchanges are offered only where the garment was delivered damaged and we were notified immediately. We will exchange the product for the same item only.
If over the course of your usage of the garment, you discover a fault please do contact us and we will endeavor to fix the fault where deemed that it has been cause by our workmanship. If within 365 days of your purchase, you require any modifications or repairs to be done that occurred due to accidental damage, we are happy to fix and send it back to you.
As part of our ongoing commitment to our clients we offer two premium services. For red carpet dressing, we offer premium aftercare, inhouse where the garment is prepped and made ready for the for the event on a complementary basis. For ready to wear garments , we are committed to preserving and maintaining your garment.
